Below you can find the procedure you ask for ...

At the bottom of edit text frame on the new message, you click on "Editeur complet".
Then, on the new view, at the bottom, you can find " + fichiers joint" in blue, you click on it; "Ajouter des fichiers" appears.
You click on "Ajouter des fichiers", you select the file and you wait for downloading (when the statut on the right hand is V), you click on "insérer dans le message".

It is easy ! Isn't it?
