Inserting a You Tube in a message

Hello,

I have a problem and a question to the technical experts:

I can not insert a Youtube video in a message, have followed all instructions according to the video of Olivier - copy the youtube link and click the arrow in the message, only opens when clicking on the arrow no separate window, as in the Olivier-Video, but only BB video 56, I think anything I might go wrong.

Perhaps someone could help. Thank you in advance.

maybe should you disable or deactivate your adblocker. Another way is to surf in private mode (I hope this will be the solution)

A second way: try the same test in Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer or Firefox
